Today the 1st District Court of Appeals in Tallahassee, FL granted SOLVe’s request to expedite our case. This means that the ability of either side to request extensions on deadlines is very limited and that our case is given priority for deadlines and actions by the Court. Hopefully this will result in our case being decided sooner rather than later.
