Today SOLVe filed with the 1st DCA responding to UF’s attempt to dismiss our case. In our filing, which can be read by clicking this link: responseufmotdismiss, we point out the numerous inconsistencies and object to the demeaning tone UF uses toward the legal standing of students and Student Government in the State of Florida. We hope the Court will choose to continue hearing the case, and if it does, will be filing our response to UF’s brief on the merits later this month.
