The University of Florida has filed a motion to dismiss the SOLVe case for various technicalities. In the filing they even suggest that no court would have the jurisdiction to ever review any decisions of the SG Supreme Court. Clearly this would be a horrendous precedent and essentially coronate the SG Supreme Court as the kings, not the justices of UF SG and possibly even issues spreading to the rest of the state of Florida.
